So all of us girls want to have sexy body for summer time and nothing is wrong with that, if we do it right way.
Nobody wants to look anorexic so do not, pleas don´t exadurate. If you want to lose weight do it the healthy way. And what I mean by that? Don´t leave out meals, and make your meals healthy and nutritious.
And it is very importatnt to exercise! I know working out can be very depressing, but it dosen´t always need to be like that. Make it fun! For example do a zumba class, pilatess, or learn how to box. Beacuse while you are doing all that stuff you are burning calories and getting fit at the same time.
