FITNESS: Doing 2 sets of 30 squats and 2 sets of 30 lunges REALLY help to tone your thighs! Jogging and biking are also great for toning your calves! I like to do the squats and lunges every night before i shower and then i run every other day and bike when i can on the weekends! In no time you`ll have beautifully toned legs.
BEAUTY: I like to use an epilater instead of a razor because the hair takes WEEKS to grow back and it grows back thin and supple and there is no stubble! To prep your legs I like to use a nice body scrub on them. I love Soap and Glory`s "Flake Away" body scrub. It really helps exfoliate your skin and it`s packed with great ingredients like sea salt and grape seed oil (It smells nice too). Then I stay in my bathroom because its nice a steamy after a shower and I moisturize me legs with Kiehl`s Creme de corps. THIS STUFF IS MAGICAL! It melts into your skin and it isn`t too think and it gives you the softest skin in the world! MY FAVORITE BODY LOTION OF ALL TIME! However, it`s a little pricey. I good, cheaper version are the Bath and Body Works triple moister body lotions but those are too stinky for me. Make sure to really rub the lotion in!

TAN: I love applying Jergens natural glow revitalizing lotion to my body. It has a steady build up and it looks very natural! I use alternate between this and my kiehl`s each night.
