Hey LUUUXERS! :)
There are so many nail designs out there - it`s crazy! All different colors, designs and techniques. But sometimes, it`s nice to have a simple manicure - like the French Tip! And I was shocked when my one friend said she didn`t really know how to make the "French Tip" manicure. So I am here to explain how to do a perfect "French Tip" manicure as easily as possible!
There is always the option of buying the kit, where it comes with the strips, the two nail polishes and instructions. If you`re planning on getting a kit, I recommend Sally Hansen`s kit. I`ve used it before and I had no problems at all!
But what happens when you run out of the strips? And wouldn`t it be cool to do it all by yourself like a "pro" ? If you want to learn how to do a french tip manicure, follow these instructions.
Step 1: Make sure your nails are grown out. If you have shorter nails, it may be harder. But don`t fret! I have shorter nails too, and it`s very much possible to complete this look.
Step #2: Make sure you file down your nails, buff them, shine them, and clip them to the shape you would like.
Step #3: Add a base coat
Step #4: You can add a pale-pink base color, or you can leave your nails bare (whatever you prefer)
Step #5: See the white-ish part at the end of your nail? This is where you want the french "tip" to be (obviously). Make sure you have a lamp or something so you can really be close with details. Then, carefully paint your nail with a pure white nail polish, and follow this white-ish part of your nail.
Step #6: Add a top coat
Doing your dominant hand will be difficult, so you can get a friend to help you. Also, you can use tape and cut out a little curve of it to substitute the "strips."
Anyways, now I have some questions for you guys...
1. Do you like french manicures?
2. What is your favorite design?
Comment below if you have any questions ,XO! :)
