How to Do A Somersault

Now somersaults look super easy, But actually when I had my first gymnastics class, I remember trying to perform a somersault and somehow ending up going sideways inside of rolling foward! turns out you have to aim your body and stay super focused! When you have to do a somersault, you absolutely have to keep your body stick straight and tuck your head towards your tummy as you begin to roll forward.
