This is day 6 of my healthy food kick and boy has it been tough! I`ve been craving salty stuff and chips! So I decided to give this a try and it`s my new favorite thing!
Heres how to make it!
You only need three ingredients: kale, salt and olive oil
Preheat oven to 300
1) Cut the kale into bite size pieces after you wash and dry your kale (I used one bunch of kale)
2) Then drizzle about 2 tablespoons of olive oil
3) Sprinkle salt! Don`t over-salt your kale... I`ve done this before, only sprinkle and you can always add more later after you`re done baking it
Pop it in the oven and in about 15 minutes... it`s done!
