Time It! Have you dinner atleast 2-3 hours before you go to bed, and eat nothing after it. When you eat dinner that is too close to your bed time, it does not give your body enough time to digest its food, (the body slows down when asleep) so all of that food is sitting in your body over night, and turns into fat.
