HOW TO: Asparagus and mushrooms!!!!!

Asparagus and mushroom sauteed in lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. This is one of my favorite side dishes!Its also a great way to get kids to eat vegetables I love lemons I eat them whole sometimes! (no not with the peel) but here is the How to:

1 bunch of asparagus
1 container of your favorite mushroom`s
2 lemons
2 teaspoons lawry`s garlic salt
2 to 3 tbls Your favorite olive oil
1 cup of water
1 pinch of oregano

pour water into wok (or regular pan, but I`m using a wok) you should use 1 cup or more or less depending on how firm or soft you like your asparagus. the max I would recommend for soggy asparagus would be two cups (lol) so anyway put your water in the wok and squeeze your lemon into the water first so you can take out the seeds. this also depends on taste I LOVE lemon so i use two of them if you just want a hint use 1/2 of lemon to a whole lemon But i like it really lemony so i use two of them. bring water to a boil. after it starts to boil add your asparagus and seasonings and olive oil let simmer for 5 or so minuets. next add your mushrooms (there will still be a lot of water but that`s o.k) boil it all the way down.. your water will soak in the lemon juice and oil into mushrooms and asparagus. You never want to strain it because then you get rid of lemon juice. we wanna cook it all the way down till all the water/ juice is gone.. so once you smell the mushrooms cooking turn down your heat to med high and cook till it looks glazed and golden :)
