There is no doubt that Sofia Vergara really keeps her self in shape and always looks great, as you can see every week on Modern Family. But don`t think that "all of that" just happens lol It requires a good amount of work and her trainer reviled the workouts he does with her to keep her and shape, so if you can do these next time you go to the gym:
- Explosive side lunge - This seems like a fun one. It requires a machine on the gym and what you do is using your body weight you have to go from one side of the machine to other. It seems like a great leg exercise.
- Weight side fly - With a dumbbell, you kind of open your arms and close. This will work a lot of shoulders and biceps.
- Rope shoulder matrix - this is basically swinging a big rope around and you have probably seen people do this before. It seems to be a very effective exercise.
- Slide board - this is done in a board and you basically slide around it. Its somewhat similar to the first one but without the machine.
- Pull over bycle crunch - this works mostly the abs. In a machine you do a crunch while moving your legs in the air.

The video is worth watching because the exercises are very good and well explained. I give props to her for doing this workout, it doesnt seem easy but it shows that if people put in the work it shows and unlike other "celebrity workouts", this one really seems tough and something that would really work.
