A few years ago I had alot of trouble sleeping and I went to the doctors about it as I was only getting a couple of hours. She told me how much sleep I should of been getting and I wanted to share it with you so you guys know if you are getting the sleep you need.
11-13 Years (9-9.5 Hours)
14-16 Years (8.5-9 Hours)
