Well this diet seems to be a hard case for those starving craves of yours can`t help it, But actually you can still eat a lot but make sure it doesn`t contain fat like cornflakes which i also take everyday since it has no calories.
Now for the exercise you need to Exert a 30 minutes of at least jogging to burn your body calorie,
If you are planning to lost weight to just some particular body part it will be more effective if your focusing to just doing some workout to the gym and pick an item that focuses on that part of your body like for example you want to loose your belly fats it`ll be effective if you take a Kettle Bell Exercise. So that`s how it is :)
Actually I`m Starting this dies since last January...
And it`s worth trying for everyone so i`m just suggesting this kind of exercise of not fast in losing weight but not so big of an effort to bust :)
