Exercising never disheartens you! It is a tool which pushes an individual to get into a routine of eating healthy food, which will keep you fit for life and avoiding the unhealthy routine that you were following till now. Exercising does not exist to keep maintenance on your food life, but also yourself. There are various benefits which are gradually developed over a period of years, depending on how regular, how much and what you exercise. This does not mean that you start losing weight- it is simply organizing your life in a balanced way!
