In winter, skin tends to become a bit more dry, specially our lips because they are directly exposed to the cold and wind. It is very important to use a lip balm to prevent and repair dry lips. Every year I buy a new lipstick and this year I decided to try the Neutrogena - Norwegian formula.
I bought it at the pharmacy, it cost about 5 ( around 6$) and it comes with almost 5g product and offers SPF 20 protection. It is colorless, which is great to use under our color lipsticks and it stays on lips nicely, so you don`t have to worry about having 1kg of hair glued in your mouth 5 minutes later. It contains ricine oil, beeswax and perfume, which can irritate sensitive lips, but i did not noticed any weird smell in this lipstick, it has the typical smell of Nivea or Cibelle lip balm.
When I bought this balm my lips were dry, so when i applyed this balm i instantly felt my lips hydrated and not sticky at all. It costs a little more compared to those sold in drugstores it is true, but I never like them so much to be honest, because I tend to buy those lip balms smelling like chocolate, strawberry, with color or some shimmer and etc. etc. and the result is always terrible: my lips turn white or not hydrated enough. With this lipstick i also noticed that repairs much faster than the others we`ve tried.
