Hey guys, just wanted to share a tip that helped me lose 5 pounds in a month. Granted, that`s kind of a long time. However, my tip doesn`t involve extreme dieting. All I did to lose that was drink tea! Instead of grabbing for the soda or juice, I just made myself a cup of tea and I knew it, I lost 5 pounds!
I recommend whoever wants to lose a little of weight to try this! It is much healthier than dieting and its easy!
