I started doing Zumba on the Wii about 2.5 weeks ago doing just the beginner 20 minute zumba workout dance. It is so much fun and helps you burn burn burn! in the first week i lost 4.4 pounds! and 2nd week i lost 5.6 pounds! I do it 6 times a week for 20 minutes, and i cut all regular sodas i still drink diet and just try to make healthier and smaller portions after 3 days my body got used to the zumba and diet change and im going strong!
