As a loyal employee of A&F, I`ve grown with the company and been with them through thick and thin. Recently, I was at another A&F in the USA (I live in Canada), and I wasn`t treated very nicely at all. The employees were rude, they didn`t want to help me, and they didn`t take off all of the security sensors from the clothes I had purchased.
When I got home, I went onto the A&F website, and went to the Contact Us section. I sent them an email explaining what happened, and how unhappy I was with the service I had received. They ended up sending me a coupon for 40% off my entire purchase, and since I was so upset and unimpressed in my email, they have sent me 2 warm sweaters, a pair of knee high socks, a white v neck t-shirt and 2 `fashion tops`. Every week for the past 5 weeks I`ve been receiving items in the mail, and I don`t have to pay for anything! I never ordered these items, and I`m impressed that they`re going to this extent to keep me as a customer.
If you have a bad experience in stores, I urge you to contact them and explain everything. Who knows, you may get something free out of it!
