How I Curl My Daughters Hair Curling Wand Edition

Lets face it when it comes to doing kids hair it can be a lot of work but usually that work pays off...

Thanksgiving day I wanted my daughter and I to look our best for the holiday so between new outfits a little makeup and hair I think her and I looked pretty darn good!

Today Im going to write about doing her hair. My daughter has long thick hair which means its a lot of work like my hair. Its not just time consuming but it takes a lot of concentration and effort to get tangles out sort the hair into layers and what not.

I do my daughters hair in 3 layers pinning the excess hair to the top of here hair while I curly the layer Im on. I use the Tigi Bed Head Tapered Curling Wand which I love this does get hot but luckily shes patient and can sit still. I always start on the bottom layer I tend to do larger curls on the bottom since they arent seen to much. The middle layer is a little more time consuming that the first as I do about medium sized curl as this is where some volume is and is more visable. The top layer is the most important to me I do my smallest curls here these are clearly visable and have to look the best they can. I love the way her hair turned out and I hope you did too :D
