I know a lot of people say drink water, it`s good for you! That`s a given. But have any of you stopped to actually think about how drinking water can be good for you? It`s not just about keeping you hydrated but also about improving your body and body processes! Below are how drinking water at particular times in the day can benefit you.
Waking up: Activates internal organs in the morning for day to day use
30 minutes before each meal: Helps digestion and you are less hungry
Before bath: Helps lower blood pressure so you`re more relaxed
Before going to bed: Lowers chances of stroke and heart attack
