I like to get some exercise by walking my dog every morning. See, I`m the person who will stick to a work out routine for about 2-3 weeks then quit and give up lol. I don`t want to lose weight at all. I`m 5`2 and about 107 lbs BUT I still think doing some sort of exercise is important. That`s why walking my dog Nala is the best way for me to keep active and of course it keeps her active too! She loves walks. So how do you keep healthy? :)
