Summer is just around the corner and everybody wants to look theirs best for it.
With the begining of spring I always work out more and try to change my menu a little bit - incorporate more fruits and veggies and cut out on fast food and sweets. I also try to drink more water ( at least 1,5 l per day) and less coffee.
For my work out I run a lot - at least 4 times a week and do some weight lifting and sit -ups.
I try to lose some weight, lower my body fat and get toned to look my best at the beach!
