Hey everyone! Recently Britney Spears has been out and about showing off her new body. She has been at a bunch of different Las Vegas shows launching a show. I am glad to see that she has been getting fit again and should probably be following in her footsteps, well only in the getting fit part anyways. LOL She has been working out a lot with trainer Tony Martinez who recently revealed what kinds of workouts that he has been making her doing. He says that his workout is all about having fun and enjoying working out. She has been doing yoga twice a week for 90 minutes and a bunc of cardio sessions three times a week and each cardio session is a hour long. Some of the exercises that Tony Martinez has been making Britney Spear do is bicycle on the floor for 20 minutes and basketball jump shot against the wall for 20 times. Let me know what you guys think about hr new body and her workout sessions. I might actually try out some of the exercises but we`ll see. Haha!
