Dr. Gregory House, played by Hugh Laurie, is the main character of this series. Laurie brilliantly plays the rude, arrogant, cynical individual, a difficult and controversial man who does not trust anyone, let alone his patients. Although his behavior often reaches the limits of the antisocial, Dr House is a brilliant diagnostician whose unconventional thinking and flawless instincts make him earns the respect from all of his peers .
Gregory House, the protagonist of the show, would definitely be the worst nightmare of every patient if he hadnt had a seemingly infallible intellect as he, himself, confesses: "I`m Almost always eventually right." Driven by an almost compulsive desire to discover the real reasons of his patients diseases, Dr House does not hesitate to enter the privacy of his patients or even his employees on hes way to excel in healthcare.
Behind the medical jargon, House M.D. is a tv show about the relationships between people and how they evolve. This theme often interconnects with the medical one. The way he interacts with his employees and with his boss, Lisa Cuddy, often arises some very funny situations that help relax the tense atmosphere. All that being said, I find House M.D. as a very interesting and enjoyable series that is worth watching.
Overall, this is a great show! House M.D. is one of the most, if not the most intelligent show that I`ve watched so far. Brilliant production, great storyline, great performances!! House M.D. is the kind of production which makes you want to watch more.
In conclusion, one of the best series produced to date, which I recommend wholeheartedly. Enjoy!
P.S.: "Genius has side effects"-Dr. House :)
