So when it`s summer, I try to eat as many fruits as I can because everything is so affordable. The only problem is that my eyes are bigger than my stomach. LOL So I tend to buy way too many fruits and some will go `bad` before I get a chance to eat them. So the fastest way for me to get tons of fruit in my system is to blend them with some water to make a `juice`. That way, I can sip on it when it`s hot outside or when I`m just plain thirsty.
I`m kind of hitting two birds with one stone right? Or is that the wrong analogy? lol Anyways, I can munch on fruit with my meals and sip on fresh blended fruit juice inbetween so I can get double the vitamins and nutrients that I would normally not get. I`m usually pretty lazy when it comes to cutting fruit, peeling fruit, coring fruit, etc. So when winter comes around, I hope I can keep up this habit of eating lots of fruits.
