Lately for lunch I have been packing wraps. I would stock up on the ingredients at Costco and make a handful of wraps, freeze them and eat them throughout the week for work. You can twist it up by eating the wraps with different dips. You could dip your wrap with ranch, ketchup, hot sauce, bbq sauce or just eat it plain.
What`s used in the wrap?
- Chicken from Costco
- Fresh Mozzarella
- Mixed Greens
- Little bit of Mayo
- Dash of salt/pepper
(Of course you can add anything)
My ideal wrap is still missing red onions, bell peppers and some salami but I didn`t buy any because I forgot.
Overall: Yummy and satisfying, I would recommend this for a healthy lunch opinion.
