Hello Food Fans
Tonight I decided to do a simple dish. This takes about 30 minutes to prepare and extremely delicious. Anyone can do it.
First you chop you tomato and garlic as fine as possible. Then you brown your meat over medium heat until all the redness is gone
Second, add your chopped onion and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes.
Third, add your season. For this you can like I did and just use your favorite season. For example; paprika, black pepper, Cajun spice, seasoned salt and a teaspoonful of tomato paste to bring it together. However, you can also purchase taco mix from your local supermarket.
Finally, lower the heat and simmer until the sauce is to your liking, about 10-15 minutes.
For my tortillas, I put it in a skillet spayed with Pam, this should be over medium heat for 20 seconds on each side.
