My goal is to try to try one new recipe every week, whether it`s a entree for dinner or a yummy dessert.
I love experimenting with new recipes that I find online or in one of my many cookbooks and sharing it with my family (which I`m sure they appreciate). I am a total foodie and love cooking for large groups of people. Win people`s love through their stomach right?
So last weekend I decided to make another chicken dish, Sweet & Sour Chicken with homemade sauce. I truly wanted to try out this recipe because I wanted to have a healthy version to have any time I wanted. Sweet & Sour Chicken is notorious for being a very unhealthy chinese dish, so finding a way to have it without having any guilt.
I thought it turned out pretty darn well for being my first time. I definitely want to perfect my homemade sauce a bit more after trying it out a few more times.
