Last month when I had more free time, I made sushi at home a few times. The last time I used cream cheese, imitation crabsticks, cucumber, and spam. I only had two imitation crabsticks left so I only made one roll with that. The other rolls only had cream cheese, cucumber, and luncheon meat inside. I`ve never tried spam in sushi until last month but it was good so I made it again. I didn`t use raw fish because I didn`t want to risk getting anyone sick. Although I`ve heard it`s safe when using sushi grade, I think it`s better to leave that to the professionals.
