I love making sushi especially when I am expecting a lot of guests at a gathering. It doesn`t take a lot of time making sushi and it is always a crowd pleaser, and most importantly it feeds everyone!
Some of my favorite ingredients to use when making sushi are: Korean pickle, carrot, avocado, cucumber,omelet, vegetarian ham, vegetarian mushroom floss and cream cheese. Homemade sushi is not only healthy and tastes as good as store bought ones, it is also so much cheaper to make your own sushi and you can make it with all the ingredients you like. As you can see the sushi my friend and I made is stuffed to the brim (in other words FAT!:)Love it!
