About two weeks ago I made sushi at home. Last time I used avocado, pickled radish, imitation crabsticks, and sweet potato noodles. This time I used imitation crabsticks, luncheon meat or spam, and cream cheese. At first I only heard about sushi with cream cheese online and thought it was a weird combination. However, I tried it at Tako Sushi this year and it was good, minus the pineapple. I made two rolls with all the ingredients and one roll with only imitation crabsticks and cream cheese. It tasted better than it looks. With practice the presentation will look better.
