Homemade Stir-Fried Lobster

My aunt actually made this since she wanted to try to recreate the last stir-fried lobster that we ate at our local restaurant. She made the dish almost or identical to the one we ate. Everyone wanted seconds, and thirds now that`s saying something. After she finished cooking the dish she said it was a lot more work than she expected and next time she might just take us to eat out since cooking this dish was tiring for her :P! Anyways, onto the flavor it was very caramelized and sweet, the shell gave the meat a lot of flavor kick, although some of the tender deliciousness did marinate because she broke the shell for the sauce to marinate into the meat. She added garlic and onion to give the lobster a very nice and yummy scent! When she was preparing this meal you could literally smell how delicious this was from a far! I think I heard my tummy growl as well Haha, just kidding but it really did smell delicious! I am not sure how else to describe this meal, but hopefully my aunt will make this again or we can just take a trip to our local restaurant. :P
