Homemade Spicy Roasted Chickpeas

This is a healthy snack to munch on during the day. A better alternative to potato chips or crackers that full of bad fats & carbs.

I use a can of chickpeas. Drain & rinse. Place chickpeas in a bowl. Toss together with a splash of vegetable oil (I use Rice Bran Oil), Cayenne Pepper, Ground Cumin & Salt. Plan on a baking tray and in a pre-heated oven bake at 200c. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until crunchy.

FYI: These are great with a cold glass of beer!
