This happens to every student. After a long semester, some all nighters before finals, you finally get the time to sleep and it`s just hard to get back to a proper sleeping schedule. Friends are home and family is visiting, there`s just a lot of excitement going on.
I love making some warm soymilk before bed. It kind of just gets me in the mood to go to bed. My mom used to make me warm soymilk when I was a kid, so maybe that`s why I associate it with sleep. It`s really good and comforting. If you feel like you`re getting sick, just whip some up. You can buy soybean powders almost anywhere, and what you do is mix that into some hot water, add cream, add a little sugar, and beat it up with a electric whisk for that foamy deliciousness.
Highly recommend this for your insomnia! This is also great for when you feel like you`re on the verge of getting sick.
