Homemade smoothies have been basically my healthy breakfast/drink when I`m hungry in the summer! They`re not only filling but they`re full of lots of vitamins! It`s also super easy to make. I just use a small handful of strawberries, mixed berries and mixed fruit (all these bags are from costco!) + about a cup of water + a mini scoop of fiber/protein! It tastes really good too (: Do any of you make your own smoothies too?
