Homemade Scons!

Today I was feeling like baking something but at the same time, I didn`t want to eat that much, so I decided to go for a different recipe of Scons that I made a couple of times and it turned out great.
I`m not a huge fan of the classic scons because I find them too big, not so tasty and a bit dry. But these are more on the `cookie side`. They have oil instead of butter and cream.
In half an hour I made a batch of around 20, of the size of small cup of coffee.
They were absolutely delicious, and just in time for my tea in the afteroon!:)
