The other I notice that I had a phyllo in the fridge, and my sister was bugging me to cook something like I do every weekend when I come home.
So I decided to make something simple and that everyone in my house would appreciate, and those that you see in the picture were what I did. It`s pretty simple to make them:
<ol> <li>I took a can of white meat sausages and I cut them in little pieces;</li> <li>I wrapped them in a little of phyllo;</li> <li>Gave some cuts in their top in order to the phyllo grow and I brushed them with egg for that golden look;</li> <li>I put them in the oven at 200º C until they look golden enough.</li> </ol>
They turned out pretty good; they are so addictive that everyone in my house ate them all in 5 min! They don`t give a lot of work and they can be perfect for entries in a dinner, that`s what I do when I`m hosting dinners in my house.
