These here are some preserved lemons given to me by my sister in law. She made these herself from homegrown lemons from her lemon tree in her backyard. All she did was pick the lemons, wash them, cute them up and put them in a jar with some sugar and set it aside for a week or so. I forgot how long she had to wait before she was able to eat it. It tastes really good, better than the store bought ones. Tastes like real lemons cause it`s all natural, only sugar and lemon. Have you made your own before?
