In an attempt to eat a little healthier, I have been trying to cut down on deep fried foods and when I stumbled upon this homemade baked sweet potato fries recipe, I knew I had to make it. I was surprised by how easy and delicious the fries turned out and thought I must share with you all this great recipe. Well, technically, it isn`t a recipe since it`s so simple, all you need to have is 3 medium sized sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper. You can slice your sweet potato fries to any size you want but I try to slice mine as thinly as possible since I love eating them crispy :). Next, drizzle the sliced sweet potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle some salt and pepper according to your preference. Baked it in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees and you`ll be rewarded with some really delicious sweet potato fries!
