Breakfast is definitely a meal I never try to skip. Even when there`s absolutely no time for me to sit down and prepare a nice breakfast, grabbing a quick apple or banana for the road is a must.
Luckily, today was a late start for me today so I decided to prepare a really nice meal. I love a good omelette, so stuffing it with a variety of vegetables such as spinach makes it a great healthy option. Add some nice crispy bacon and fruit on the side and you`ve got a breakfast made for champions!
