Hey guys & gals!
I`m a huge fan of smoothies!! They contain lots of nutrients & they`re super yummy!!! I love to make my own & that way i know exactly what goes in it and i do it to my liking. I personally love berries in them so i buy this berry medley from wal mart at the frozen section & it brings frozen strawberries, blackberries, blueberries & raspberries; its much cheaper than buying the berries individually plus this way your berries will last for a long time.
In this smoothie i added:
-a bit of cinnamon
-oatmeal (unflavored, traditional)
-1/2 spoon of sugar
It`s simple but delicious!! Sometimes i like to add into my smoothie: kale, bannanas, flax seeds, vanilla extract and more. Experiment & see what you can come up with, the more fruits & veggies you add, the better it is!! :d
