Homemade masa ham amp cheese quesadilla.

Alright! So here`s the deal luuuxies, I usually get really bored of cooking the same things over and over at home. Usually I make the foods that I already know I like, but like I said, it can get old.

That`s when my creativity juices start flowing. It was just a couple days ago that I just didn`t feel like a regular freakin` quesadilla. BORING!

lol. So I looked in the fridge, and there it was... some masa was left (masa is what they use to make tamales). I saw ham, and cheese. So I put the masa between the two plastics of the bag it was in, and flattened it.

Then I rolled up the ham with cheese in it. Placed this ham in the center of the "O" shaped masa and rolled it up and closed it up.

I then put it in hot oil for a good while, because masa does take a long time to cook thoroughly. Yum! It was so good when it came out.

The only thing I should really work on next time is to put a lot more cheese in it.
