Homemade Mango-Berry Smoothie

I was feeling peckish yesterday, when I realized that I had not yet had any fruit to eat for the day! I decided to remedy that by blending up a fruit smoothie.

Here`s what I put in this smoothie:
<ul><strong><li>Greek yogurt</li>
<li>almond milk</li>
<li>frozen blueberries</li>
<li>frozen raspberries</li>
<li>frozen mango</li></strong></ul>

This smoothie turned out pretty good! I didn`t add any sweeteners to it, so it was very tangy and refreshing. :) I did forget, however, that the Greek yogurt would act as a thickener...in addition with the frozen fruit (which also act to thicken up a smoothie when blended), it wouldn`t even blend at first. So I had to add more almond milk than I anticipated. It was a good healthy snack, regardless!
