I was looking for a recipe that was quick and easy to do and I wonted it to do with cheese but I wanted it home made so I looked on he internet and found homemade Mac and cheese once I cooked this it was good and hope you guys love I too

You know how boxed macaroni & cheese has that weird taste? Is it chemical? Whether its powdered or bagged, the cheese just doesnt quite cut it. I always have leftover when I make it from the box. No leftovers tonight with this quick and easy homemade mac & cheese recipe.
Mac & Cheese
1/2 of the 1 lb. package elbow macaroni, cooked to al dente
4 T. butter or margarine
3-1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Drain cooked macaroni and add butter or margarine, stirring until melted. Add cheese, then eggs and milk and salt. Cook and stir 3 minutes over medium heat. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake uncovered @ 350° for 20 minutes
