Ok, so it`s not the prettiest picture, but hey! It was delish!
1) Meat filling --> minced turkey, diced carrots, onions, herbes de provence mixture, freshly ground black pepper, meat stock, water
-->Cook in a pan for 15 minutes-ish
2) Cheese mixture--> emmental cheese, splash of milk, nutmeg powder, dollop of greek low fat yoghurt
-->Whizz it all together
3) Lasagna structure :
Lasagna pasta, then meat mix, then more pasta, then cheese mix, then meat, then pasta, then cheese mix.
Yes quite calorie rich, but if you practice moderation, you can enjoy a small portion!
