Homemade Korean Food

I really love eating at Korean restaurants and I loved it so much that I wanted to try making it at home. A month or so ago I attempted to make my own kimchi at home. Kimchi is a slightly spicy pickled cabbage and is used in a variety of dishes.

I made my own version of kimchi chigae. The soup base is basically made from kimchi and the juices. I added in potatoes, crab, pork, noodles, tofu, and green onions in it. Suprisingly it came out tasting great! It wasn`t exactly like what I`ve eaten in Korean restaurants but it was similar in taste. I improvised and put in ingredients that I like to eat.
