Homemade Kimbab

Yesterday we made bibimbab for lunch with leftover rice. I also added spinach, ground beef, egg, pickled radish, and imitation crab sticks with Japanese mayonnaise. Although I`m not the best at making these, and some fell apart while cutting, it`s getting better. As long as it was delicious! The beef was well marinated and we could really taste the imitation crabsticks with Japanese mayonnaise mixture.
