Homemade Jambalaya!

Today in nutrition class, we made Jambalaya. It consists of rice, chicken broth, celery, sausages, chicken, shrimp, green bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and hot sauce. It was really simple and easy. All you basically have to do is mix the ingredients together and leave it in a large saucepan for about half an hour. It was really yummy!
