Homemade Funnel Cake

So we all know the infamous funnel cake that are overly priced at carnival, fairs and amusement parks. Im pretty sure like me, many of you guys would love to recreate these delicious baby in your own kitchen and snack on them whenever you want and indulge as much as you want for under $5!!!

Well enough talking, let`s feed that hungry belly.

<strong> Ingredients: </strong>
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cups of milk [any]
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 1/4 cups of flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

<strong> Steps:</strong>
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. I separated mine [dry and wet ingredients, then put them together]
2. in a deep pan, pour about 1inch deep of vegetable oil over medium high heat. [to test if it is ready, drop a bit of the batter and if it instanly sizzles and cooks then it`s ready.]
3. using a funnel, or if you want to use a measuring cup to pour thats fine too. pour it in scribbling motions over and over until the funnel cake looks full and to how you like it. 4.wait a while for one side to turn golden and flip it over and repeat each cake should only take 2-3 minutes.
5.drain it on a piece of paper to remove excess oil and them sprinkle powder shugar on top to your liking.

**note: you can add icecream, fruits, jam, fudge, or whip cream to customize your cake.
