Homemade fried spring wraps
I had some filling for eggrolls but didnt have the egg wraps so I ended up using the spring roll wraps instead. It turned out pretty good! It tasted just as good as the one I had at the restaurant.
The filling has grounded pork, onion, and black mushrooms. I seasoned it with oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and chicken broth. I then layered each roll with two spring roll wraps because the wraps are pretty thin. I deep fried each wrap and they came out crisp and crunchy. Sooooo good! It went perfect with the eggrolls sweet and salty sauce.
