Hey everyone! So I had fried rice for dinner the other night, and I just can`t get enough of it! I actually had 2 1/2 bowls which is a lot you may think, but it really wasn`t for me lol. Plus, it`s a cinch to make at home and probably a lot healthier than the rice they make at restaurants. There were fried eggs, corn, pork, and shrimp to go along with the rice, but you can add any leftovers you have in the fridge! Fried rice is extremely versatile too, which I love about it.
