Homemade Filet Mignon

I made this meal for dinner last night. I was eating along but just wanted to treat myself! I seared the steak on the stove top in a grilling pan and then popped in the oven at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes to get it medium/medium well. It was delicious!! I also had it with some cauliflower which I treated somewhat like a baked potato with butter and chives, cheese and sour cream. Yum!
