Today for lunch I made some Fajitas and Rice! I have not had Fajitas in a really long time and it just sounded really good to have today.
The Ingredients that I used were:
5 breast fillets sliced thinly
1 1/2 large green peppers sliced into thin strips
3 tomatoes peeled and diced
3/4 large onion sliced thinly
2 packages Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning
Chicken bouillon stock cubes
1 cup water.......THAT`S IT!
**Now this made A LOT of food because I had some people come over but you can always cut in half or less if desired.
How I made this was I prepared all the ingredients and I started off sauteing the onions for about 5 minutes then I added in the chicken. After that I added 2 chicken bouillon stock cubes and one package of fajita seasoning. I let that cook for about 10 minutes then I added the green peppers and tomatoes. I added the water and let everything cook down until the meat was fully cooked and the vegetables were tender. Lastly I added the other packet of fajita seasoning and let it cook for another 5 minutes and that was all to it!
Super simple and super tasty!
**What did you guys have for lunch?
